Precast Concrete Magnet is a new magnetic technology for prestressed concrete panel wall manufacture.It is widely used in precast concrete panel wall production, which is composed with strong rare earth magnets and steel shell.
Shuttering Magnets for Pre-cast Concrete Formwork
The prefabricated concrete industry seeks methods of making pieces more economically and effectively. Formwork magnets are light and compact because of using modern neodymium elements. This type product allows adaptatiing of multiple applications in any formwork device.
They can be used together with columns or holding devices and on any formwork surface.
These magnets consist of a steel casing to protect the system of magnets. A push-button on top moves the magnets into contact with a metal surface. A lever is used to raise the button and release the magnets.
